* 将客户需求转变成清晰，具有创意的设计方案

* 参与原型界面的开发，关注在视觉化的版面设计和用户交互元素的设计
* 在整个设计过程中扮演积极的角色，包括明确用户需要，阐明需求，制作原型以及与终端用户的测试反馈
* 可以设计出出色的界面，但不失简单流畅的特征
* 与Shepherd其他工程师一起共事，开发出最终的应用程序。

We are looking for someone who demonstrates the following characters:

These skills you also needed:

3. Deeper insights and comprehending for user experiences, designing simple, beautiful interface through grasping user psychology precisely.

Your responsibilities in the Shepherd:

1. Translate customer requirements into visual and functioning innovative design solutions.
2. create flow charts of user experiences, mock-ups and user interaction designs
3. participating in prototyping of screen development with an emphasis on visual layouts and user interaction elements
4. Play an active role in all aspects of the design process including identification of user needs, requirements of definitions，prototyping and interactive end user validation.
5. Producing stellar designs without losing sight of the real-world user’s need for “fast and simple” interfaces.
6. work closely with other Shepherd engineers to develop the final applications.

生产平台的是一个美国小公司名字叫Intridea，意思是Interactive Ideas，互动思想，才成了一年，他们号称每五天发布一项互联网服务。

Web2.0的云彩带来神奇-公司只有十五个人，没有任何风险投资甚至根本没有办公室。他们的职员工作在Amazon公司的Web Services云计算平台上，就是Amazon的Elastic Computing Cloud也叫EC2。基于Amazon提供的云计算平台基础上在向最终消费者提供服务的商业模式，包括多媒体数据中心服务 MediaPlug和社会网络应用SocialSpring。
